We are looking for an experienced, outgoing and passionate waiter/waitress to join our team at Piersland House in Troon
We are a busy 37 beautifully styled bedroom Country House Hotel, renowned for our customer service and Food and beverage.
CONTRACT AND REWARD
The role carries a permanent contract of 35+hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. Usually shift patterns are 11-3/5-10 (or 7/8-3), 1 OR 3-F depending on business requirements
This is an hourly paid position, paid monthly,

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a waiter/waitress, you must have a genuine warmth and a passion for delivering authentic hospitality service with a smile
Job responsibilities include:
- Looking after all our guests in the Walker Lounge restaurant, Red bowl Restaurant and Functions (Mainly weddings and private dinners).
- Provide a consistently high level of guest service in accordance to our service principles and values, ensuring that all guests receive special attention and recognition.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
As well as having a desire to learn and an enthusiasm for the role.
The successful applicant will have/be:
- At least 2 years experience in the hospitality business.
- Have an outgoing personality and be a real team player
- Be flexible in working shift patterns
