Position: Stock Controller (Office Based)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Work hours: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday only)

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill - 100% office based

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + annual bonus

NCF Living is a fast-growing dynamic company currently looking for an experienced Stock Controller to support their expanding Head Office team on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinate regular stock counts and complete investigations within the relevant department

- Competently manage the WMS in order to control stock movements such as adjustments, reporting, data and be able to confidently review transactions to support investigations

- Ensure stock accuracy levels are in line with customer orders, escalating risks to the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager once investigations are complete

- Create and present reports to the SMT on product availability and stock valuations across managed SKUs

- Be responsible for reporting on product forecast to assist the SMT with purchasing of stock

- Liaising with departments on any delivery discrepancies/issues and reporting back to Suppliers

- Ensuring credit and return notes are received from suppliers where necessary and are passed to the relevant departments with efficiency

- Work as part of a wider logistics team to facilitate and improve warehouse, transport and customer service operations within the business

- Maintain and improve the accuracy of data within the CRM/WMS software

- Take responsibility for all reverse logistics of returns that arrive at the warehouse and follow up with relevant departments

- Reporting to the Customer Service team on a weekly basis to ensure that stock is allocated on time and goods are delivered to customers without delays occurring

REQUIREMENTS:

- To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years' experience within a stock control/inventory management role within a fast-paced supply chain and be experienced in managing tangible products with multiple SKUs

- Be highly analytical with the ability to investigate issues end to end and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence

- Be able to learn new systems efficiently

- Have exceptional problem-solving skills

- Be organised with the ability to prioritise workload after assessing urgency of tasks

- Be process driven with a high attention to detail

- Have experience of using Excel and other Microsoft packages

- Excellent and clear communication and teamwork skills
